We design and fit full systems from scratch: boiler, pipework, radiators sized to each room, and a programmable thermostat, rather than reusing whatever radiators happen to be there already.
Pipework goes in as first fix before plastering on a new-build stage job, or gets chased into existing walls and made good on a retrofit into an occupied home. We’ll walk you through where radiators go and why before anything’s cut, since moving one two feet can make the difference between a room that heats evenly and one with a cold corner.
A full system install for a 3-bed house typically takes four to five days and runs from £4,500, depending on the number of radiators and whether we’re chasing walls or running pipework through the loft. Every system is powerflushed and balanced before we hand it over.
