No heating on a cold night isn’t something that should wait until Monday. We keep emergency slots open every day of the week for breakdowns, and if you call before 3pm we can usually be with you the same day, evenings included for genuine emergencies like no heating at all in freezing weather.
Most emergency callouts turn out to be one of a handful of things: lost pressure that won’t hold, a frozen condensate pipe in cold snaps, a failed ignition, or a broken pump. We carry the common parts for Worcester, Vaillant, Ideal and Baxi boilers, so most of these get fixed on the first visit.
The emergency callout is £65, more than a booked-in daytime visit, but it reflects being able to get someone to you outside normal scheduling. It comes off the final bill if further work’s needed. If your boiler can’t be fixed safely on the night, we’ll isolate it and get you booked in first thing for a proper repair or replacement, rather than leaving something unsafe running until morning.
